tinch++ ,interface c++ with erlang

There's no erlang support in Swig,for now.

I found an alternative to interface with c++;

That's tinch++.



In c++, I plan to make some high performance modules that has to be thoroughly tested and to be unchanged.

Because, c++ module cannot be changed or swapped at runtime.
